These very stable underframes are suitable for our series of HRT and HRK machines. They are developed for the ideal working-height. Supplied with 4 wheels, of which 2 with brake and a store place for the airbox (HRK).

A range of reflectors are available with a variety in length, width and multiple heating-wires. Reflectors top and bottom up to 250 mm. in width and with 12 wires each have been made. Our standard multiple wire reflectors with 2 to 4 wires and 30 to 120 mm. in width are capable of bending plastic sheets up to 25 mm. thickness and ideal for bending a big radius.

Thin sheets (0,3 to 1,5 mm.) can be bent straight with no distortion with our teflon coated foil bending profiles. These profiles are also perfect for bending Forex or foamed PVC to prevent ‘ears’ on the sides of the bends so cutting of these deformed sides after bending is not needed. The foil bending profiles are also available with a double contact-back to make 2 very close bends possible. A range of back-sizes are available (from 2 to 10 mm. width). Our standard lengths: 50, 65 and 125 cm.

Our plastic bending machines are standard constructed to be easily extended with extra regulating units at any time. Double regulating units are also available for continuously variable adjusting the temperature of 2 heatingwires.

EV regulating unit = to control 1 wire.
DB regulating unit = to control 1 or 2 wires.

Partial bends can be created with our workinglength adjusting-set. With this you can decide which parts of the heating-wire will be heating up and which part stays cold. The heating length is adjustable and the temperature of the wire can still be controlled. No need to create dangerous situations by covering the heating wires to leave parts of the plastic sheets cool.

With this easy to adjust fixture the bent items can be cooled down at any set angle . Extended versions with a double adjusting-angle are also available. Our professional fixtures are provided with 2 adjustable parallel stops to hold the products into the right angle. Both sides of the jig are open to slide the products out of the fixture when a complicated item is made. But there is an option for a protractor at eather side of the fixture to easily set the jig in the desired angle. Available lengths: 65, 125, 220 and 300 cm. Custom made fixtures or cooling jigs on request.

This extended fixture is easy to adjust and specially made for large quantity production. Ideal for L- and T-shaped displays. Available length: 300 cm.

More foam rolls for our range of FBM machines can be easily added or replaced.

The contact elements in the FBM/AFF machines can easily be replaced with other elements with different contact-widths.
